Chia Kitten Meow Meow (Update 3)

My last small web project was finally completed Friday night. However, I still haven’t sent the invoice out yet to collect payment. Damn web editing manual is a bitch to write-up. Should be done by tomorrow though.
With that said, I started on the Chia Kitten a few days ago. After soaking Ms. Kitten in water for 24 hours, I proceeded to seed her. Alas, I found that the seeds also needed to be soaked in water for 24 hours. [sigh] So another 24 hours went by, 48 for Ms. Kitten, and finally, pasted the seeds on her body. My mom saw her and cringed cuz the seeds reminded her of insect eggs.

I am odd at times, I admit, but I must stress that ever since mid-day, I’ve been a little obssessed with The Tabby. Not Pat the Tabby, but Tabby the fuzzy gray cat. The word “Tabby” sounds very cute. Actually, it also reminds me of caramel candy – the chewy ones.

Everyone knows that ‘unfortunately’ I am a fishing maniac. When I wasn’t fishing, I had other fishermen (generic word that also incorporate fisher-women) ‘fish’ for/with me. For as long as I remember, as young as I could, fishing was a favorite pass-time that I couldn’t seem to ever change. Though there had been about half a year in the long past (meaning about 11 years ago) that I didn’t fish due to reasons I rather not talk about again.

The FTX team is on high-gear at the moment. A dozen emails has been passed back and forth since yesterday. Benny and Jason will be coming over to my place tomorrow evening to plug the PHP calls into the FTX UI. I am super excited, since we are about 95% complete. I don’t look excited, mainly due to skepticsm in business experience – to never expect anything, but always be prepared for any setbacks. In this business, in any business, I think that managing personel should always have an alternative when doing anything. This may seem obvious, but you should understand that there are a lot of more pride-ridden people than there are sensible people.

(An hour and a half later…)
I went out for a 20 minute bike ride, came back changed, stuff, then Pat called me and we talked for 30 minutes, then some other stuff happened and since my bro’s out, I’m going to use this chance to finally back up ALL 2.2 gigs of Cindy’s stuffs – videos, pictures, documents, etc.
(Almost 2 hours later…)
Ah, some more things happened. I finally took the last two hours to gather the rest of Cindy’s stuff and is now waiting for WinRar to pack everything up into 450 mb increment files, so I can move them onto my bro’s laptop via my 512 mb jump drive, unrar, then burn everything onto a DVDr disc. I’ll be making two discs in case anything ever happens to the first one.
