Tune: “Goodbye My Master” by Yoko Kanno
Drink: Bombay Sapphire Dry Gin on ice
Mood: Reflective
Not too long ago, Patrick brought up that he feels that society makes people choose what they think is hot and sexy. I disagreed because directed at me, I do not choose what I like based on what others think is acceptable. The like-minded society he belongs to think that only fit skinny women are hot and sexy. My spectrum of attractive features is quite broad and is solely dependent on a combination of factors.
Flow is very important to me in physical attraction. That is where I determine what is hot and sexy and what is not. However, it is not so black and white. Imagine this…
A 2 meter by 2 meter square box on top of a perfectly thin broom stick with a triangle ‘wheel’ looks very odd to me. However, a 1 foot by 1 foot square box on top of a 1 meter by 1 meter square box with round wheels will look just about right to me, even if some of the corners of the boxes are dented. On the other hand, a 1 foot by 1 foot square box on top of a large egg shaped box roughly the size of the 1 meter squared box with skis can look just about right too.
So what does that say about my preference in box figures? It basically means that I am not restricted within the boundaries of one particular set of ideals, but a broad combination instead. It’s all dependent on how everything flows together.
